All the terms and conditions must be read and followed before using any of our services. All the visitors and clients approaching us are liable to follow the rules for the convenience of both the parties. By using any products or services through Tutorlac website you signify that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. These Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in Tutorlac Private Limited, sole discretion, and such changes shall apply to any services used after such changes are posted on the requisite platform. Students are not allowed to send or upload to our site or to our tutors(who are self-employed or professionals) any materials or files that would carry copyright protection. Uploading/Sending such materials is a violation of copyright laws that might include your school, college, or university, or any other business, or organization. It is the student's responsibility to check and make sure before uploading, as we will assume that anything you upload to our site or to our tutors is completely free from copyright violations. All the materials and contents present in this website or provided to you by us remains the sole property of tutorlac.com. You can use the content for non-commercial purposes only. You can not use the content for any commercial use without the prior permission.(no redistribution policy?)
tutorlac.com provides academic assistance for no other reason than to help students learn and comprehend the subjects. When using our services you agree to use our services in a manner consistent with the ethical and moral guidelines of your educational facility, and as such, we forbid the use of our services for direct submission in order to acquire grades or any other purpose. Students are solely responsible for doing their own work. If anyone found to be violating the terms or our website, then immediate action would be taken. We reserve the right to terminate use of our services of such users.
As you are well aware of the fact that, almost each problem can be solved in many ways and methods. Our services or help does not guarantee to satisfy your expectations for particular methodology. If you want a specific method to be used, then you should provide such information and details clearly to your tutor or while uploading your query. You can always provide materials and topics that you want your tutors to be prepared with beforehand for fast and better services. Once we receive your query, the price will be decided mutually. A tutor will be assigned for your help. Once the tutor finishes helping you, you will be allowed to ask a few follow up questions and/or explanations. You will not be charged for them, if they are limited in number. We have the right to suspend the services due to maintenance, repair and updating purposes. If there is an issue with the website for you to access or delay in service, we are not responsible. If a student doesn’t get satisfied results, we will not be held responsible. We have certified tutors but cannot guarantee their excellence.
If any of the terms remains unenforceable as a whole or in part, the other terms will still be applicable and unaffected.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without issuing a prior notice to you and essential modifications will be done as per our requirement. It is your responsibility to review the terms from time to time. The new set of terms will supersede the previous one.
